his sprites do get flipped arbitrarily in the game a lot, but obviously they have to have an original orientation that they get flipped from, and in those he seems right handed. the way the sprites are in the game files, he points at shit with his right hand, he sprays the weird unidentifiable rat with foam with his right hand, etc etc... <tangent> (the 'Frightened' sprite, in which he points with his left, looks like a weird exception... but the TV pin is backwards? so it had to have been rendered facing the other way and its just pre-flipped i guess... the ripper didnt flip it around for the spritesheet or anything, its like that in the game files too, `spr_tenna_frightened`! its strange. anyway the point is that even in that one hes still 'actually' pointing with his right hand) </tangent>

obviously since they get flipped around In The Actual Game Which You Play this is kind of dubious though. like if youre just looking at that then he does things with both hands interchangeably, the most obvious conclusion is that hes ambidextrous :P but i think, if not ambidextrous, then right handed has more basis since thats how he was rendered

Do you guys think sprite flipping is an actual power he has in-world, the same way as the fancy text and his apparent ability to do tv effects like during his smash cut attack?
