It is hard to focus with his breath on her ear, with his hands firm against her hips. He knows all her weak points to drive her insane in thirty seconds, but Polly also coexists with him on a regular basis without going into a frenzy of desire every time their hands touch over breakfast. There is something about being exposed, maybe even about having been caught redhanded that makes her body feel electrified by his touch.

Kale canonically has a crush on Thorn, and there are several moments where it's HEAVILY implied that people from the future think their relationship is not platonic. Like the future version of Thorn casually calling Kale “babe”.

Description: I offer you what is (to my knowledge) the very first depiction of polyamory in film all the way back in 1933. It released just one year before the Hayes Code was put into effect, which meant it was banned for re-release a year later, so it's amazing we got it at all! Both George and Thomas are in love with Gilda, so the three of them agree to move in together with limits put into place to keep anyone from being hurt. And they even get a happy ending!
Alice/Clara/Iruma

Description: The trio is made up of Iruma, a boy who can't say no to anyone, Clara, a chaotic little gremlin, and Azz, a prideful boy who grew up very isolated. Due to their own circumstances, none of them had any real friends before they met each other, with Iruma being the one to connect them. The three of them do everything together, refer to each other as "soulmates", say they'll "always share everything" and call themselves "the love trio" while swearing to always be there for one another. They're also very cuddly and miss each other greatly whenever they're forced to be apart.
