Poly Hierarchy Poll

Do you believe in the poly hierarchy (primary partners, secondary partners, etc)? If so... Do you believe someone who has a secondary, but is their secondary's primary, can have a healthy relationship without the secondary having jealousy and resentment issues? i.e- Person A and B are primaries and person B is seeing person C. Person C is secondary for person B. Person B is primary for person C. Can person B and C have a healthy relationship without C having hard feelings towards A? All responses welcome, this is an open forum for discussion

Regaining Compersion

For those who don’t follow closely… I have had some troubles adjusting to J having a new partner. Due to lack of communication, it caused a rift between J and I. We were able to work through that and things have been going well!

So today J told me that he wants to take C out on Sunday and for the first time since they have started seeing each other, I was overwhelmed with joy and compersion! I have missed this feeling sooo much and it is such a relief! So here I am sitting at work with happy tears that I could never try to explain to my coworkers 😂 They think I am crazy so I will just sit here and sob happily as I stare at my computer screen with my heart bursting at the seams 🤗💞

Poly dating boundaries

So recently J and I have learned by unfortunate trial and error that we need to set boundaries. He feels that some of my suggestions are unfair and it leaves me wondering if they really are or not. I have listed my suggestions below and I would love for reblogs with what some of your poly dating boundaries are! This would be super beneficial to me as well as others 😊

Please know these boundaries are for both him and I, this is not one-sided at all.

A’s preferred poly dating boundaries: 💠10:00pm home time when out on dates 💠Advanced notice for over nights with other partner(s) 💠Our pet names are for us only 💠Cheesecake is our special thing (sounds stupid, but it has a special meaning to us) 💠Physical markings and “love marks” to a minimum (I totally understand that it happens sometimes, but twice in a row he has come home with disgusting bite marks beyond reason) 💠No fluid bonding
