its a summer camping trip with poly mccree and genji with their s/o!! where do they go, what sort of fun stuff do they do? whats being roasted over the fire, and who's the one complaining most about the bugs?
I actually finished the final edit on my flight to Scotland but didn’t get some proper wifi until now…sorry for the wait!This is our first time writing anything related to poly-relationships. We were kind of nervous about it since neither of us has any experience regarding that topic. If you think a part is poorly portrayed, please message us so we can learn and improve!
Genji is the one who picks the perfect spot for your small vacation. He gets a few recommendations from Zenyatta since you agreed on looking for a secluded space where you could relax in peace and without any disturbances. You all settle on a small lake in a forest that is rarely visited by locals but still has quite a charm to it. No one really knows about this place so there shouldn’t be any unwanted visitors, plus it’s a perfect refreshment considering the harsh temperatures.
Obviously, you spend a lot of time swimming. However, while you and McCree dive around the small lake, Genji resorts to floating around on the air mattress he brought. Angela had told him that his body could handle being exposed to water to a certain extent but he decided not to take any risks. A short circuit would surely ruin this camping trip. Still, he does agree to join you in water fights occasionally.
You bring a large tent that the three of you would be able to share and the cowboy offers to set it up. As you hand him the instructions, he simply ignores them, saying he wouldn’t need those as it’s not the first time he’s done this. Obviously, he’s wrong. Very wrong. It soon becomes clear that he’s failing his task miserably and Genji has to take the instructions and show him how it’s done properly. McCree spends the next two hours pouting like a child as he sits on a log nearby.
Before leaving for the lake, you asked the boys if they had any problems with the bugs you’d definitely be encountering. Genji noted that they wouldn’t be able to bite or sting him anyways, Jesse simply said these small things wouldn’t bug him. Spoiler alert: They will bug him. As the three of you are sitting around the campfire at night, McCree gets annoyed rather quickly. Thanks to the lights on Genji’s cyborg body acting like a magnet for bugs, you soon find yourself almost enveloped in a variety of bugs so you try not to spend too much time outside at night. Luckily, Genji finds out how to turn off the lights on his armor after giving Angela a call. You take a mental note to take bug spray with you next time, regardless of what the boys say.
Genji tries to get you and Jesse to join him in one of his meditation sessions in the morning but it doesn’t really work out the way he planned. While you try your best to relax with him, Jesse just can’t hold still for too long, he’s easily distracted and things only get worse when a bug decides to disturb the peaceful moment by sitting on the cowboy’s nose. Long story short: he freaks out.
The cyborg ninja prepares some scary Japanese ghost stories to tell as you all sit together in the evening, eating marshmallows and stick bread.
At night, the three of you are cuddled together in your shared tent. It’s mostly a messy tangle of limbs as you are embraced by both. It’s quite a comfortable mixture, considering how McCree is a living heater while Genji’s cyborg body is mostly cool.
McCree suggests going on nightly walks even though he’s slightly scared but he manages to hide his fear well. A walk like this is usually supposed to be terrifying but it quickly turns simply ridiculous. Genji and Jesse start showing off by protecting you from „horrific monsters“ and it may or may not turn into a contest about who’s the better ghost hunter.
There may be more grammar and spelling mistakes in there than usual, the notebook I’m posting this from doesn’t know how to English and keeps trying to convince me that I should be writing in German. Also, I don’t have my beloved programme on here that usually helps me check my grammar…hope you guys still enjoyed!
