Mystic flour
🌾 -You may think Mystic flour wouldn’t celebrate anything, but that isn’t true. She understands mortal celebrations quite well and even hosted most of the parties between her and her friends when she was a virtue and granted many bake-day wishes.
🌾 - While she isn’t a party animal or one to do extravagant birthdays anymore, she does hear that it is your bake-day and she does consider it a significant day considering the futile lifespan of a cookie.
🌾 - She wakes you up in the morning somewhat early to have breakfast with her and cloud haetae first. She may illude to it being your bake-day if you forgot.
🌾 - After that theres a couple options she may choose. If you have somewhere you’re wanting to visit, she may travel there with you. If you’re more the type to want to spend it with people you cherish, she’d probably set up a spot to celebrate in the mountains, likely with the help of the dumplings who make fun of you for being so young.
🌾 - She doesnt give a large amount of gifts, just one full of meaning. Maybe a homey decoration for your room in the pagoda so you feel more comfortable. Cloud haetae, on the other hand, gives you lots and lots of small gifts they’ve compiled.
Burning spice
🏜️ - Burning Spice sees bake-days as a tribute to a good survivalist, at least if you’re a spice. It means you’ve fought against destruction for a certain amount of years and that is something to commend in his eyes.
🏜️ - He doesn’t celebrate anyones bake-day though, except yours of course, he doesn’t even celebrate his own. Out of all the other cookies, Burning Spice is most excited about your bake-day which is seen as completely strange to the other spices.
🏜️ - When you wake up, a servant brings you an pretty extravagant outfit that isn’t stuffy, in fact very mobile. When you exit your room and go to see him theres subtle but visible decorations in the temple. He captures you in a hug and nearly squeezes you to crumbs.
🏜️ - Strangely, his gifts are not meant to be enjoyed long term. They’re all experiences, he has an amazing cake and meal made for you, he takes you out to destroy stuff with him, you explore exotic places with him. He doesn’t give anything physical that isn’t used to create good memories.
🏜️ - At the end of the day when you return to the temple, he has a carving in the wall of you set up right next to him. He tells you that even thought this carving won’t last forever, nor will the oral telling of your presence, it will last a long, long time.
Eternal Sugar
🌷 - She is OVER THE MOON learning of your bake-day. Any chance to make you feel happy she is ecstatic to take. She plans this day months in advance, its one of the most important days on her calendar. You may think of your bake day as some small reminder but she sees it as an opportunity for a smile on your face, thats the greatest gift of all to her.
🌷 - Depending on if you’re more upbeat or down to earth, she may do something more grand or personal. Either way, she’s inviting all your friends and chosen family, she’s getting the best desserts, the prettiest decorations and the most entertaining performances. Its a birthday to be remembered (and each year is just as good as the last).
🌷 - Her party isn’t a surprise, shes awful at keeping it a secret anyway. She’s too concerned with if you’ll like it or not to keep some aspects hidden. She’s has to ask what you’d prefer! On the day of your birthday theres a whole caboodle of things to do before the actual party, her favorite part would be helping you get ready, getting you in something really special and fancy to stand out.
🌷 - She keeps a track of everything you want, so gift giving is easy for her. She practically gets you every little thing you mention on the offhand, no matter how valuable. She figures it out.
Shadow milk
🃏 - Shadow milk sees bake-days as an opportunity to throw a party and one up someone else’s gifts, thats really all anyone attends them for right? At least thats what he says, he’s glad that you’ve endured him for a whole year. He’s ready to throw a big party in your name because of it, while Black Sapphire and Candy Apple play along wondering why their bake-days aren’t celebrated so extensively.
🃏 - His parties are more like performances, as is everything, your party will follow a theme of his choosing. A theme that really defines your character but isn’t on the nose. If you like nature he may do a masquerade ball with animal masks and other of the sort.
🃏 - The party is a complete surprise, he may even do some magic to make you forget your bake-day coming up. When you exit your room and enter the main area of the spire, its a huge shock. Your friends are there, even ones from far, far away. He even throws in some silent puppets of characters you favor.
🃏 - His gifts are pretty general, sprinkled the mix are gags to keep it entertaining. He is of course the main performer, biggest gift giver, party director, prop designer and baked most of the food so he’ll probably be expecting a lot of praise for his work.
Silent Salt (minor angst srry lol)
🗡️ - Theres not much celebration left in him, but when you off handedly mention your bake-day is coming up, he does feel a spark of need to commemorate. Even in the face of it all, the mistakes that follow him and the cruelty that exists, this was something that brought you excitement, as did it him by proxy.
🗡️ - There is no party, not an official one. He’s not versed in modern bake-day customs. He celebrates how he celebrated hundreds of years ago among his people. When the day came, you both rode out somewhere better than the salt barrens and set up a picnic in a scenic area. It’s not too different from modern parties but feels heavier with implication.
🗡️ - His gift is the promise of keeping you safe and healthy to the next bake-day, he promises that the next year will be better than the last and so forth. He also promises to learn modern traditions better so next year he can commemorate you properly.
🗡️ - While his gifts are only words, they aren’t spoken callously. His swear is upheld strongly and seriously. (And the next year he did ATTEMPT to throw a party with the ancients help. Insert pic of him wearing a small party hat over his helmet)
