Starscream got nothing planed, no meetings taking up the majority of his day. In all manner of speaking it is one of the calmest days of the week for Starscream, probably the calmest it's going to be for many circles. So he can be found in his office, going thru pads and holo-screens of all manner of subjects. Some political and boring, some his personal projects.
And that's exactly what his doing as the doors opens, he dose not acknowledge the other right of. Instead he finish tapping something on the keyboard before dismissing that holo-screen. Then turning slightly on his chair he picks up another pad and scans it quickly.
"Whirl, was it?" And only then dose he turn away from the pad to look up, and up some more because that is a tall mech. "What personal business can you possibly have with me? Did I do something to step on your toes? Did I kill one of your family members in the war and you now you what compensation? Or maybe to get revenge?"
Starscream wing gives a small twitch without his say as he gives the chopter a good look over. Something feels hauntingly familiar here.
