Winter is returning soon... And with it comes the Crone, the Old Wife, the Veiled One. Mistress of the harsh winter, of the truth of life and death, of the rod and the cauldron.

today i made a pendulum board and dedicated it to apollon because divination is a big part of our relationship. we communicated mostly through the pendulum and through godphone a bit. i invited him to stay and help me decorate it, and with his guidance, we decorated it with dried sunflower petals and bay leaves.

its a bit messy and sort of homemade looking, but its ours. 

( i didn’t have any other adhesive but clear tape, and he didn’t mind )

my next big project is turning the stem of the sunflower i used into a wand!

( don’t mind my nails, i need a manicure )

i was thinking of filling the bottom bit with dried herbs and essential oils... any ideas?

Autumnal altar display with yellow and pink dahlias, a sunflower and trailing sprigs of nasturtium.  

Harvested gleanings (with chestnut spirit traps) on left, then drying nasturtium seeds, drying runner beans, drying bittersweet nightshade berries and London manifestation in progress through next year.

Upper level: water offering, metal stag with vote coin, lucky coin and problem glyph badge (I observe, I condemn, I wreak aka the sexual abuse glyph), dried offerings (acorns, beans, pinecones) and censer.

Witchy Wishlist - Oklahoma USA

Amazon Wish List - This is my witchy “Emil” list, though it includes some fairytale things, since those are an important part of my practice. It also includes some Tarot Card decks I would appreciate.

Offer to Beta! - I have a few different short stories I’m editing right now and would love some help with how well the content works. Warning: they can get spooky and horrific.

Tarot bags and boxes - Oh gods above, please. I have so many loose decks, since the boxes wear out rather quickly.

Reblog my shop’s ad! - The more it gets around, the more likely it is that I won’t have to kill my knee with retail.

Suggest spell or spread topics to me! - My blog is about spellcraft and tarot spreads, so this would be great.

Pictures of cemeteries or abandoned buildings - I write horror, mostly, so this kind of stuff is my jam and butter. Be respectful to the dead, though. I don’t want someone dropping by complaining.

Pen Pals! - I love snail mail, but don’t often get a chance to do it. I’d love to be able to exchange magickal information and experiences with gods and spirits.

Fingerless gloves - I have arthritis, so soft fingerless gloves make my days bright. The higher they go on the fingers, the better. 

Notebooks - again, writer, so notebooks are always used.

Donations to Standing Rock or some of the people affected, like the young lady who had to have her arm amputated. 

Fulfill someone else’s wish!

Do something good for yourself. Whether it’s just taking an hour to snuggle under some blankets or buying a hot chocolate, you should do it.
