TWST Physical Headcanons ۶ৎ
Pomefiore Edition
CW: None!
A/N: Guys I learnt from my mistake of freeballing Silver's headcanons and completely mischaracterising him, so I've forced myself to read any vignettes I have. It worked though, managed to find a few headcanons (and facts) because of it. I was motivated to do it for this one since Pomefiore is most likely my favourite dorm, but I have like NO good cards of them (╥﹏╥). So the vignette info is very limited. Also it is so much more difficult to think of headcanons for the human charactersssss. ⋆. 𐙚 ˚
CURIOSITY KILLED THE FOX
❥ — malleus draconia x g/n fox! reader (twisted wonderland)
Not many students at NRC dared to poke fun of Malleus Draconia. Perhaps a few, such as Leona Kingscholar and obviously Lilia—but that was all. After all, enraging him was literally like enraging a dragon which sounded much more terrifying when put like that…
But of course, there had to be one other brave person who had the guts to tease him so boldly. The well-known fox of Pomefiore, known for their sweet nature and beauty. They were considered a beast-man like most students with their tall fox ears and fluffy 9 tails, being placed into Pomefiore for their elegance.
Everyone thought you to be the picture-perfect-image of elegance and charm, but if one to look deep into your eyes; they’d see a glimmer of mischief shining in there, your soft ears flickering as thoughts of mischief flooded your head. After all, foxes weren’t only known for their beauty, but also for their mischief and precise pranks.
And Malleus Draconia himself was one of your newest targets.
But just how could you help yourself? That regal, aloof, and cold aura he carries was just so irresistible, you had to at least try and crack it! Although his knights were sort of a hassle, but nothing a sly fox like you couldn’t handle!
You managed to stir them away by just making something completely up. Like for example, you had one time told Sebek a couple of students were spreading rumors about Malleus and he instantly bolted past you, yelling something about honor to the Draconia. As for Silver, you just decided to sing a lullaby intentionally close by him, taking advantage of your talented singing, forcing him to fall sleep.
You did give him a blanket at least. You weren’t heartless after all.
Lilia on the other hand? Well you didn’t worry about him much, if anything he was encouraging you and even gave you some ideas.
Now just what type of pranks did you tend to pull on Malleus? Realistically, it was simple, light-hearted ones, but in other peoples view? It was a one-way ticket to death.
The library was dead silent, of course. With that deadly stare from the librarian, no one even dared to make a single peep. Including Diasomnia’s housewarden. He sat by an arched window as you can see by the doorway you were peering past, the moonlight illuminating his tall, intimidating figure perfectly, all of the students nearby sitting a good distance away from him.
He was so focused, so immersed in whatever ancient, thick book he was reading that looks like it’ll take 400 centuries to finish reading…Which was probably like 4 years to a fae like him.
It made you want to disrupt it.
You stifled your giggle through the sleeve of your Pomefiore uniform before stealthily moving over fast enough for no one to see you yet also quiet enough for them not to hear your footsteps.
Those lessons from Rook on how to keep your footsteps quiet really paid off…
Then, right when you were close by,
FLICK !
You swiftly flicked the tip of your tails past his nose, intently staring at his expression to see his reaction.
Nothing. All you got was a blink in return, not even an eye twitch like you’d get from Vil when you purposely rub your tails against his clothes to get fur on it or even a grumble like the one you’d get from Rosehearts when you’d squish his cheeks in your palms teasingly or straighten that heart-shaped ahoge he has with your fingers.
All he did was blink, glance at you, then—wait…Did he just…Smirk?! How dare he?! It’s as if he was trying to provoke you instead!
After all, you were no threat to Malleus. Just a silly fox who was too bold for their own good, but endearing in their own way, believing they can mess with something twice their size.
“Hmph…”
A dissatisfied grumble left you as he barely paid you any mind. Without a second thought nor missing a beat, you stealthily crept back over and flicked your tail once more in the same spot—this time, rougher. Only then did he finally react,
An inhale left him as his nose twitched, threatening to puff smoke out of it through his draconic instincts, finally tearing his gaze away from the book and making eye-contact with you, watching as you covered your mouth to stifle your silly giggles.
His lips quirked up, “Little fox…I trust you’re aware dragons have a sharp memory, especially of those who purposely attempt to provoke them…” His velvety voice murmured as his amused look never wavered despite that faint linger of a threat in his tone.
You didn’t miss it, but you also didn’t show any fear nor react.
Instead, you feigned innocence and merely grinned wider, “Hm? I have no idea of which you’re talking about, Your Highness…! Perhaps your true old age has finally kicked in and is making you hallucinate…” You suggested as you strode right back out of the door calmly as if you didn’t just call the Briar Valley’s heir himself old. Which he surprisingly actually wasn’t in fae years.
At rare times when his dragon tail slips out and he forgets to hide it, you also enjoyed to wrap it around your waist and be dragged around on it while Malleus remained clueless until the very end. To be honest, that wasn’t even considered much of a prank to you, just something you found fun.
Your eyes practically sparkled in awe when you caught sight of that scaly, thick, draconic tail peaking from Malleus’ Diasomnia uniform, dragging onto the floor while he walks to wherever he was going. Had he…Really forgotten that it was out?
Any other person would meekly approach him and point it out if they weren’t scared enough to even go up to him. But you? You believed this was an opportunity you just couldn’t pass up!
You inched closer and closer, making sure you were as silent as a mouse before darting forward towards his tail. You managed to wrap it firmly around your body, tightening it even to the point of barely being able to escape from out of it—oh well, you just hoped Malleus noticed in time before you’d suffocate.
And yet, he didn’t notice you nor that sudden grip on his tail despite the visible stiffen he had done. Instead, he continued walking to his path, dragging you along him, earning a startled yelp from you which you quickly muffled with your hands as your feet flopped down and began dragging off the floor, only his tail supporting you.
A few students he had walked past did stop and stare at him in bewilderment, halting in their steps as he proceeded to walk past them, yet Malleus paid them no mind, believing they were simply staring because of him as they’d instantly squeak and scatter when he glances at them. Not because of the giggling fox his tail was coiled around.
He had walked past a fountain, an archway, the school stables, the Great Seven’s statues, but he still hadn’t noticed you. Just where was this man going?! You were getting somewhat tired…
It wasn’t until a grunt left you when his tail unconsciously flexed around you when Malleus finally decided to acknowledge your presence, halting in his steps.
A chuckle left his throat as he moved his neck over to where you were. Bound by his thick, scaly tail, the back of your head still facing him, seemingly clueless to his stare.
“And just what daring fox have I earned extra weight from?”
You jumped at that familiar deep yet melodic voice, fox ears standing upright as you craned your head up to face him with wide eyes. Your hands were holding onto the sides of his tail, seeming to have mindlessly tapping on it with your palms like that of a cat making biscuits.
You blinked at him before smiling sweetly, “A very pretty and innocently curious one?” You finished for him, feigning innocence in the face of a fae once more. Your charm never did much to affect him unlike the rest after all…
“Hm…”
Malleus’ tail suddenly flexed once more, tightening around you enough to remind you of the power differences you both still held. His dark-painted lips curved into that familiar smirk you grew to love and get annoyed of at the same time, a flicker of his own mischief in his emerald eyes.
“Very pretty, indeed…But “innocently” curious? I see no innocence in your eyes. Simply a curiosity that makes you forget your surroundings…I should remind you that curiosity kills the cat, Fox…” Malleus teased with a threat laced in it, his arms folded as his tail slowly loosened its grip around you.
Just like before however, you didn’t flinch from his words. Instead, you giggled, resting your head against his tail.
“It’s a good thing I’m a fox then, Your Highness…!”
Malleus was the only one who didn’t grow annoyed from your teasing nor easily charmed by your beauty and you were the only one who didn’t fear him. Despite your differences, that had to be the one thing you two had in common.
This prank also usually ended with Vil scolding you for allowing yourself get dragged onto the dirty floor, brushing the dirt off your big fluffy tails while he lectures you for 6 whole minutes.
One of your favorite pranks to pull on him however, had to be the horn-tugging one. What was that one, you may ask? It had to be the boldest one to be honest. When Malleus had his back turned to you and was distracted, you’d silently creep up to him from behind before leaping up and grabbing ahold of his horns, practically climbing right onto his back.
Much to many people’s horror.
Vil had warned you multiple times. Stop messing with Malleus Draconia.
Sebek had stormed Pomefiore dorm more than once, yelling about it, disrupting the other Pomefiore students in the process, and it took Vil like 30 minutes to get him out. To be fair, Malleus didn’t even tell the others about it in a complaining way, just as a fact.
In response to your Housewarden’s warning and firm glare, you had nodded obediently and said, eyes closed with a straight face, and your hands behind your back, “I promise, I won’t provoke Malleus Draconia again, Housewarden—you have my word!” And with that, Vil hummed in satisfaction and took his leave, leaving you alone.
He had missed the way your lips quirked up into a grin right when he had turned around, peaking one eye open.
What a sly fox.
Too busy admiring the gargoyle statues, Malleus stood clueless to your nearby presence. Or perhaps he did know you were there, just didn’t care as much anymore, knowing you held no true ill intentions towards him.
You crept closer and closer, eyes shimmering with glee and mischief as you bit your lip in excitement. You bent down, eyeing his tall horns, ready to pounce at any second.
Beside you, a raven was perched on a lamppost, tilting it’s head as it eyed you. Almost as if it were warning you not to do it.
You glanced at it from the corner of your eye, making eye-contact before taking one step closer, fox tails twitching as a result of your inner excitement.
The raven ruffled its wings in response, moving closer on the lamppost.
Don’t do it.
Yet you paid its non-verbal warnings no heed, turned your head away before leaping up, and throwing your hands onto his horns, gripping them tightly to maintain balance. A startled grunt left Malleus as he stumbled slightly, feeling you swing your legs around his waist.
A string of giggles left you as you continued to hold his horns, ignoring the many horrified stares from nearby students. One even muttered a prayer for you.
“Hehe! You’re just so tall, your highness, I couldn’t help it! I simply wanted to see what the world looks this high up!” You defend, leaning over to his shoulder so he can hear you better as he looked at you from the corner of his eye.
In response, a chuckle left him, much to your confusion as your expression went from teasing to perplexed. He was amused? Again…? Weren’t a dragon fae’s horns considered as something sacred to them? He should at least be a bit annoyed!
But he wasn’t. Not one bit as he smirked at you.
“You are so very bold…It’s refreshing to see someone so unafraid of me like this—I quite enjoy your little mischief, Fox…” He states, his elegant hands finding their way onto your ankles to keep you up as you pouted at him, “But don’t you know these aren’t toys? You’re lucky I’m so patient with you. Do this to any other fae with features like these, your tails would’ve been on fire by now.”
A huff left you, “Maybe that’s what you should also do…! Retort, why don’t you?! I’ll even chomp on them if that’s what it’ll take to irritate you!” You exclaimed, and knowing you, Malleus had a feeling you weren’t just saying that for show.
His smirk only widened. This truly did bring him a pleasant feeling. He enjoyed having someone treat him with such familiarity and playfulness, it made him feel included.
You were so cute to him.
But also too bold.
Don’t you know faes have a sense of mischief themselves just like foxes—if not, more? So if a retort is what you want, then a retort is what you’ll receive.
One night, as you wandered through the gardens of Diasomnia dorm, clearly in search of a certain dragon; Malleus decided to strike his revenge, as precise as a dragon. As your eyes wandered around, ears flickering ever-so slightly and aware of it’s surroundings, you spotted a glowing green orb.
And that faint sound of your name being called by a familiar deep, velvety voice.
You stared at it with wide eyes and before you knew it, your curiosity had taken over you, a terrible habit you seemed to have.
Each step you took, it got closer and so did the voice, and it only made the urge to get closer to it bigger. However right when your hand outstretched and went to tap at the green light, a bunch of vines suddenly bursted out of said light, wrapping around your wrists.
“Eep—!” A yelp left you in response as you squirmed, fox ears flattening against your head and your tails bristling in surprise, desperately trying to free your hands.
“Your curiosity will be the death of you one day.”
A voice suddenly broke out from behind, causing you to whip your head towards the source with a desperate expression, only for it to quickly contort into one of surprise once seeing the familiar tall horns and glowing green eyes, automatically relaxing at the sight. As if you knew he wouldn’t harm you.
He continued once he finally got close, only. a few meters away, “For someone so stealthy, you lack of caution. You dive head first into pranks, forgetting of the possible dangers nearby, like right now. Curiosity killed the fox, no?” Malleus teased, tilting his head with that shit-eating smirk of his, eyes lidded.
His shadow towered over you, like a dragon cornering a trembling fox that pushed it too far.
You can only grumble back, your pride wounded at being so easily bested by him as you continued to squirm in his vines grasp, “How cruel…I had never went as far as restraining you, your highness! I’m but a frail fox, don’t you know?” Personas. Personas. You were quite the actor, Malleus had to admit. It was no wonder the Magic Mirror had placed you in Pomefiore dorm.
Malleus paid your defense no mind and instead suddenly moved closer, causing you to let out a startled sound and attempt to move back if it weren’t for his vines quickly restraining you back in place. His hand outstretched and with just a simple tap of his sharp nail that originally seemed affectionate, your tails suddenly wrapped around each other, entangling together.
And no matter what you did, they would not untangle as if it had betrayed you and was bending to someone else’s will now, hence the green aura that’d faintly grow around it.
“Hey! Don’t you know how long those will take to untangle?!” You snapped, frowning up at him in offense.
Malleus chuckled, “I’m only listening to what you had requested for before; retort back, so this is but a simple revenge…Think of it as when you coiled yourself around my tail…! It brought you amusement while it brought me exasperation, did it not?” Watching you huff and stubbornly turn away, Malleus only hummed.
His finger found it’s way to your chin, forcing you to face him close enough for your noses to brush against the others. He tilted his head once more, staring into your eyes while his remained lidded with that smile, “Tell me now, fox…Do you still find me fun to prey on instead of cowering from?” He inquired the big question. A question that was itching at him to ask since the beginning.
It also sounded like he was testing you. To see if he finally frightened you.
The fox’ breath caught at the close proximity. He was smiling again. One that was amused and had a sense of mischief in it and made their heart flutter as their breath quickened.
Your lips then curved into a shaky grin, holding your ground, “Yes. This is so much more fun now…! I’ll keep messing with you, and if you do it back, it’ll only make it better for me, your highness!” You exclaimed, looking right back into his eyes.
Malleus’ smile deepened, “I’m glad to hear that, Fox.” And at that, he released your chin and controlled the vines to release you, untangling your tails as well. Gently even as you fell right on your butt.
Right before he walked away, he turned his head to face you and said, “I look forward to seeing what you’ll come up with in our next game.” before he turned away and left.
You watched him leave with an unreadable expression before grinning again. You hopped up to your feet and eagerly began making your way back to Pomefiore dorm, already conjuring up some creative pranks to throw this fae off-guard.
After all, who else was better to compete in mischief against than a dragon fae who’s likely the only person who decided your games were worth playing? Same went for Malleus. There was no one else better to do this with other than a sly fox who didn’t fear him like the rest.
am i the only one who first writes the stories in notes then copy and paste it into tumblr, bc tumblrs a bitch (mine is ig) and lags a lot, deleting half my work when i exit out of the app for even a minute and just-so happened to not save the previous edits

OK HERES THE WAYYY BETTER VERSION. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY EPEL!
I found out literally before I had to attend school that Epel's birthday was yesterday, Not even Twisted Wonderland gave me a notification 🥹
After Vil’s Broomquet card was released I saw a lot of theories about what happened to his mom since he’s never met her and doesn’t even know her identity. I’ve had this idea for awhile and I haven’t seen this theory yet (apologies if it has been thrown out there and I just didn’t see it). But what if Vil’s donor conceived.
What if Vil’s dad was struggling to find a long term relationship. Someone who can handle being with one of the most famous actors. Someone who wants him for him and not the money. He wants kids and as the years go by he feels like time is slipping away. He see’s his costars kids when they come to visit their parent on set and the joy on his costars faces when they see them. And he wants his kid to come and visit him on set too.
Finally Vil’s dad was done waiting for the right partner to come around and takes matters into his own hands. He contacts a clinic known for its discretion obviously recommended to him by costars who needed some help conceiving. He’s offered a book of women who donated their eggs and he flips through it looking for the right woman to be the “mother” of his child. He chooses one and then is connected to a surrogate who will carry his child for him. The surrogate signs a NDA and he hands over his genetic donation so Vil is 100% his father’s son. A month later he is contacted by the surrogate letting him know that she’s pregnant. Vil’s dad is over the moon his dream is finally coming true. A few months later he’s informed he’s having a boy.
He goes on as if life is normal for the next nine months, giving nothing away as he secretly prepares for his new arrival. The nursery is decked out and outfitted with only the best. Nannies have already been interviewed and hired at the ready for when he inevitably has to return to work. Then he gets the text he’s been waiting for. His surrogate is in labor. Baby Schoenheit is on his way.
Holding a newborn Vil for the first time was better than all the awards he’d won in his career.
The tabloids went crazy when Eric Venue announced Vil’s birth. Rumors flew when no one could dig up any information about Vil’s mom as his dad remains tight lipped about Vil’s conception. A one night stand, secret girlfriend, a costar who recently gave birth, and dying in childbirth. The reality is no one knows who his mother is other than a now redacted donor number.
OOC POST
Hi!! I have kinda introduced my 2 twst OC’s (top left Ren bottom right Vix) their both NRC students in the Pomefiore dorm! This is the first drawing I I posted of these too!
This is supposed to depict them all goofing off when Vil isn’t around except Rook who just showed up for the photo.
I love to use symbolism in my art as well! As you can see on Vix’s ring and uniform (I headcannon that all Pomefiore students embroidered their uniforms) has a Pithos which is a kind of Ancient Greece storage container i thought this would be a fun jab at Vix’s unique magic which I call ‘Pandora’s box’ it temporarily turns who ever it hits surrounding go black as they remember all the things to regretted doing!
(I’m also a magic Greek Mythology Fan and if you didn’t know in the original story it wasn’t a box in which Pandora opened but a Pithos this also in fact not a reference to the game Kid Icarus Uprising where there are special treasure boxes called Pandora’s box)
I chose a blue fire theme for Vix’s nails for a reason and his connection to Greek mythology for a even bigger reason related to his backstory (I’m writing it but sometimes I decide to do projects like this in the middle)
For Ren if you look really close your notice that his nails have mini nail art on them both showcasing mirrors except one of those mirrors shows a poison apple and the other shows an arrow. Both references to Snow White.
Ren’s unique magic allows him to travel through mirrors and also to a place called the mirror dimension he’s been honing his powers to allow his voice and sometimes reflection to travel to another mirror. Hence the mirror design. His Jewelry is actually also symblolic he has 3 rings referring to his 3 siblings. One ring is away from the others that’s because those 2 rings represent Ren’s biological siblings and the lonely ring represents Vix who became his brother after he got adopted. (It’ll be explained in the backstory)
The piercing on his eyebrows also say the same thing except one of them is black representing his dead sister.
I chose Orange for the paint color and arrow on rooks neck to actually show the chaotic nature of the 4. We all know that Orange is the color of Savanaclaw. I decided to make the paint orange to highlight how the dorms are almost complete opposites.
I hope you liked the art piece
