Why hello there fiends! Since March is only 3 days away I figured I’d post this now instead of waiting for the first of the month. I decided to host a little event in honor of my love of monsters and all things magical for the entire month of March. To participate you must put your fate into the hands of the wheels…if you dare!

The Wheel of Enchantment (monster/magical being)

The Wheel of Displacement (the setting)

The Wheel of Artifacts (an item)

The Wheel of Fate (the genre)

Once The Wheels have decided your fate it’s time to create something based on what you got! (ex: demon in the basement with tarot cards and angst) It can be a story, a piece of art, or a moodboard. Whatever your heart desires.

This event is open to anyone in the Stranger Things Fandom who is 18+ and ends on March 31st meaning no submissions will be taken after that date. Story submissions have no word count max or limit. Moodboards and art have no regulations, go crazy! As long as you don’t miss the deadline and please make sure to tag/warn for any dark content if you include any. Anything created with AI is NOT accepted, in fact it will get you blocked. You may create as many stories, moodboards or art pieces as you’d like, as long as you’re using different prompts/wheel spins for each one. Make sure to specify what The Wheels chose for you in your post. Please tag me and use #Monsters & Magic Mash 2026 when you post your submissions so that I can share your work and add you to the masterpost!

No! This event is open to anyone who is interested, but if you would like to join the server pls send us a dm!

Are trans/nonbinary/genderqueer characters allowed?

Yes! They are welcome with open arms as long as they identify as sapphic.

Do I have to participate every day?

Though our prompt list is set up with 28 prompts, we have grouped them under week long "themes". You might choose to participate every day, or choose to participate weekly with your favorite prompt from that respective theme. You could choose only one to work on all month, or you could do whichever ones you like completely at random. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel inclined, anything goes!
