during some sort of culture night, Stephen is asked to demonstrate a popular dance from America.
Stephen pulls out the macarena and looks utterly ridiculous doing it.
(based on a true story from my French teacher lmao)
He was drawn by animators, his story was written by screenwriters, so why do I, an adult person who sees sad stories from real life every day, still hurt for him every time I review these episodes?
I like that Multiverse shows Wong being genuinely surprised Stephen went to the wedding. It shows that he cares for his friend’s well-being and mental health, but that he probably tried talking Stephen out of going. At least that’s the impression I got.
Kinda makes me wish we got to see that conversation.
.........
Wong: Look, Stephen. I know Christine is your friend and you wanna show her your support, but I really don’t think you should go to the wedding.
Stephen: Why not?
Wong: Because I fear you’re not gonna socialize and just spend the reception drowning your sorrows with tears in your eye.
Stephen: Oh please! That’s not gonna happen.
Stephen: God! I hate it when Wong is right!
As I began to fall asleep, wary from the cold and anxious of the upcoming holiday hours, I heard his call out for someone. Desperate to be heard as the sound of glass cracked in my ears. I jolted awake.
I know that voice. But it's not the one I expected.
Supreme sounded desperate, anxious and scared. I'm worried what this means for him in the next season of What If...
Well the offers open- and you’d still have your ribs, just fancy magical angelic symbols on them…
anyway, good luck, she literally controls most - if not all - demons
I still got chaos magic burn marks that possessed Wanda left on me so better not I'm not cattle to keep being marked.
Well...I control most...Souls of the Damned.
If Donna thinks I’m gay then the whole village is gonna know by tomorrow. And here’s the funny part. They’ll all be sure that I’m gay but I still won’t know.
Robert calls out Andy’s behavior/comments from the previous episode (‘pathetic’). While Robert is all for keeping his comments about Stephen quiet, Ali isn’t as he fills Donna in about it all. Donna being Donna sees it as the reason as they didn’t get it on (not that she was beyond pushy and all). Stephen tells Jack that Wilf isn’t coming back, ‘he’s bought himself a caravan.’ Victoria being very particular about lunch to Robert’s dismay 😂. Donna, Robert and Stephen have a bad encounter over Andy’s comments. Stephen blasts Andy for stabbing him in the back, some friend he is. Katie blasts Andy for blabbing Stephen’s personal business to others, some friend. In the end, all Andy cares about is people thinking he’s gay by association. Gifs will be posted separately.

Villain!Stephen, wine drunk: How many freshwater shrimp does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
Tony: I don’t know, two (2)?
Stephen, crying into Tony’s shoulder: Shrimp can’t screw in lightbulbs! They’re tiny!
