I have been ACTIVELY looking for the best fried rice in Atlanta fir the last 20 years. 😢I guess the old saying is true... When you stop looking, it will come. Lawd have mercy on my palette 👅. I was pick this rice apart as if I were a judge on @bravotopchef To look at the rice 🍚...it looks like a New Orleans gumbo...except this is atlanta and it’s rice. Everything is in there ... but not too much. The ingredients are crispy not crunchy (there’s a diff). The rice is perfect! It’s not too sticky nor too mushy. It’s just greasy enough...not swimming in oil. The lobster is battered right up to the line (yet not crossing) of Captain D’s doughiness. 😋😋😋 The portion is more than generous. I ate it for 2 days.
