Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt, to taste. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup diced jalapeos.
Instructions: Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle melted butter over the popped popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the popcorn and toss again to ensure even coating.
