p > If we had have reached the 21st century but the Internet existed like we know it but rather than like , having terminals & amp ; like , or tough 24 / 7 access or a telephone at your house it was like , the Government sent Messengers who utilized Written Ciphers , and like , because everything had to be decoded , emphasis on speed & amp ; accuracy , it made it much much more torturous for the populace , albeit much more fun when you think about it .
