Possible derealization and/or depersonalization is describing the feeling as using Google's Street View.

Everything's there. It has shadow and light, it's clearly 3D but it's also not. You can look around, get closer and farther but cannot recognize the movement as a whole. After the movement is made it makes you wonder when and why the movement was made in the first place.

disassociation/derealisation (?) culture is finding that pretending/placing your mind in a different universe or reality is a perfect way for you to cope and not panic!

dissociation culture is being diagnosed with dpdr and trying to cope with that and then all of a sudden one day when youre dissociating you end up switching and learning you have headmates and now you have to wonder if your dpdr diagnosis was really accurate, if youre a system, if you are a system who simultaneously has dpdr, or if your dpdr has caused a psychotic episode making you think you have headmates

Not to vent on main, but life is getting pretty scary ngl. It feels like my brain refuses to function or process any of its surroundings; nothing feels right. Something’s off, and it’s been off for a while but I feel like it’s too late to fix it. I’m becoming more of a bitch by the day and idk what to do at this point. It should be easy to just ‘be nice and empathetic’ again, but it isn’t. I’ve become obsolete and it’s terrifying
