How to stop feeling guilty about thinking sexually about real people?
Its always funny to me when tumblr or other social media sites try to give me recommendations for posts or accounts that are just sexy people because I am decidedly unhorny
i've just watched "but i'm cheerleader" and learned two things:
i'm (most probably) ace
tofu is lesbian
I might be a biromantic asexual?
From some time i've identified as bisexual, but now, partially because of the ace week, I started questioning my sexuality (again)
I'm not really sure, but I might be somewhere in the asexual spectrum. Here are a few things that make me think so:
I don't really look at people and think that I would like to have sex with them (that doesn't mean i don't think they're pretty)
sex itself looks like an abstract idea, that i should just not worry about for now
i don't feel sad in any way about dying a virgin, and don't get the whole idea of "I can't die a virgin, so I guess now I have to fuck somebody", like who even cares
when I was about 11 I found out that in order to have children you need to have sex (I knew about sex, but didn't know there was any reason behind it) It really put me off and I started thinking that I'd rather adopt a child than have one of my own (it might be unrelated, because as i said i was eleven; it doesn't mean i didn't think about sex then, i did, just not as a "real thing", that I actually would do, if it makes sense)
when i have crushes i don't ever consider having sex with them, for example i had this crush on one guy for a long time and once i don't know why, maybe i just wanted to 'check' if it was still a crush, I tried to imagine having sex with him, and the idea really digusted me, so I naturally assumed that the crush was gone (it wasn't)
I guess that's it for now. It's possible that I'm not asexual after all, but at least I'm going to try to understand ace people better. You're totally valid♥
Will I know if I like someone? I'm pretty good at getting along with people. And if they fall into certain predecided sub types (smart, professionally driven, male, within an age range, single, of a political leaning) then they get Approved until they say or do something that's a turn off. And I've always been attracted to people who like me, I mean, that at least makes sense.
But ...will I know if I like them??
If we go with the theory that I'm asexual (based off of my lack of feeling sexual attraction to anyone), then it's possible I got married in the first place because I confused the feeling of being attracted with the feeling of being desired...
Which, ...I mean, I don't like it.
Dont know if this is kind of asexual or not but I am afraid of starting or seeking romantic relationships due to the requirement of sex. I dont like sex, it makes me uncomfortable and just the thought grosses me out. This is a conundrum and idk how to deal.
Hey, dm me if you wanna be my girlfriend✌🏻
