Page 1. ---- Other Large Unions May Tie Up All Commercial Life ---- Would Force National Government to Meet Demands --- SHANGHAI, May 25 (AP)— The Chinese Postal Workers’ strike which has tied up incoming and outgoing mail here and in several other cities since the beginning of the week, appeared spreading today. 

There was a threat that other labor unions would join with the postal workers and tie up the commercial and industrial life of the whole nation, unless the National Government grants the workers demand.

The strikers here claimed 13 other cities were added to the list of those supporting them.
