Read this week's blog for more on the Posture of Pain and why a C-section is not the "easy" way out that some perceive it to be! #Repost @hozackc (@get_repost) ・・・ The posture of pain. I've had some insight this week into the reality of abdominal surgery, whether it's c-section, or hernia surgery, etc. As your torso literally connects your toes to your fingers, when it's sliced open (even a little bit like mine was), it has a massive impact on your entire physiology. Walking the dogs, on the surgeons advice, i could feel the impact of every step through my sore abdomen. So i took smaller steps and tipped forward with very little torso movement to avoid pulling on my cuts. It begs the question, what would happen over time if i never unwind this pattern? What are the repercussions down the track for my neck, back, and pelvic floor? @intoyousfs @burrell_education #intoyousfs #burrelleducation #restoreyourcore #mummymoves #pelvicfloor #mummyfitness #coretraining #coreexercise #corerestore #postnataltraining #postnataltrainer #postnatalexercise #postnatalfitness #postnataltraining #postnatalrehab #pregnancy #abdominals #abs (at IntoYou: Specialist Fitness Sessions)
