A short PSA...
Hello guys.
Recently, I found out that there's some people who has been copying the stuff that I have translated / posted regarding the seiyuu infos / facts, translating them into other languages and posting them into other sites. I know you only mean well, but it's really disheartening to see the stuff I've spent a lot of time on translating/editing/posting on other sites without as much as a holler to the original post.
Yeah, I know, I don't own those information, but I've spent quite a number of time on translating them, because I, and not only me, the other people who translate too, tsuminiochiiru, tatsu-to-mamo-no-atm , we wanted to share them, as much as possible, to the people, the fandom, who can spazz over them like us. And reposting and not crediting is one of our number one peeves. Because it's really rude.
Asking for permission to repost and translate into another language, is gladly welcomed. I never say no to those people asking for permission, as long as credit is given where it's due. Seeing un-credited reposts just makes us not want to share these stuff anymore. It's really disheartening to continue translating if you see your works posted in other sites without proper credit.
TL;DR -- if you want to re-post to another site, translate into another language, any of the translations I've done, please just ask for permission, I generally do not say no, and please, give credit. Also, linking to where you posted it will be nice as well, because I also would love to see the other sites you guys have, even if I won't understand most of them.
So please, just ask and credit, okay?
