been cooking more recently

did sous vide salmon that had shallot and fresh dill in the bag, excellent

and happy to report that my first attempt at german potato salad (the bavarian kind) had phil going back for seconds (the key is to put the potatoes in the dressing while they’re piping hot)

also, i have a personal goal of being able to make german potato so well that it’s a requested signature dish.
