Hello 4:30 am workout.
Came in nice and early for this one - might make it a habit from now on instead of just doing the 5:30-6:30 classes. Jerk to single: 95x3, 115x2, 135x1, 155x1 sloppy. Working on rocking back to the heels and driving straight up and not letting it be forward. More solid next rep at 155 and decided to stop there. Back squats: 1 rep of 4 second count down, 1 count @ bottom 135x6 no pauses. Working sets of 185, 195, 205, 205. Bench split squats: 4x3 (4 each leg) 1 min rest 35#. Felt pretty rough 40-30-20-10 DU and wall balls 14# can't really do DU for consistent reps, so I just doubled for regular jump rope. 30 sec row after each round. 10:40 roughly. So I guess I'm doing this strongman competition next week to win an axe lol.. ergo, I had to yoke it out today. 285# yoke.. I need to learn how to measure better, but probably about 50-60 m down, then back. Did that twice. 185# (the "bar") down and back 70m warm-up.
