This workout last night put me at over 4 miles for the day and I hit my goal of 20 miles for the week. I have logged about 39 miles over the last 2 weeks. I will be cutting down on the walking and starting to try some circuit training this week after I spoke to a trainer tonight, so my goal will probably cut down dramatically in my time on the treadmill. #poweredbyidlife (at Saginaw Anytime Fitness)
