August 10th, 1984: USAF Lt. Col. Andrew Tanner was forced to eject from his stricken F-15 Eagle over occupied territory after being jumped by five enemy Aircraft.
Heavily outnumbered and outgunned, Lt. Col. Tanner managed to shoot down 4 enemy MiGs before being brought down by the fifth.
Although surviving the ejection, Lt. Col. Tanner was lost while assisting a resistance group located within enemy-occupied territory.
A real American hero.
