Sometimes I wish we could experience earlier builds of Zelda games. The early preview for BoTW shows this inhabited area with some goat farmers in a region of the map that seems to be where Hateno Village is in the final game. You can see the Dueling Peaks mountain on the left and a much smaller Death Mountain in the distance on the right.

Between those two landmarks in the background appears to be a castle, very probably Hyrule Castle based on its size.

It seems that Mt Lanayru was originally much smaller and not covered in snow, or possibly even in an entirely different mountain altogether.

Hello 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue fans! Today I'm sharing pictures I've found over the years of the pre-release beta prototype/demo version of the game in the highest quality possible!

There's a few things of interest I noticed:

-In the Regents Park screenshots we can see the player puppy is not Oddball or Domino, but quite possibly either a placeholder or "Patches" from 101 Dalmatians before the game was changed to tie-in with the recent live-action sequel, 102 Dalmatians. A sunburst aura around the collectible bones can be seen in the second screenshot.

-In the first Ice Festival screenshot the player puppy has blue eyes in the second screenshot there is a snowman on the slippery steps, instead of the wind-up penguins like the final game. The bones also have the aura effect still.

-In the De Vil Manor screenshot Horace is absent from the sofa.

-In the Spooky Forest screenshot Jasper is seen wielding a club instead of a net like in the final game.

I truly hope one day we can find and play this version!
