Yes, that is a recording of Falsettoland as a workshop. Audio only. Holy shit. I have so many feelings.
It’s so cool seeing how Act 2 developed — not gonna lie there are things I like way more. Namely “This Had Better Come to an End” is fucking perfection in this version.

My transcription of all the songs that are appearing in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, as of the First Preview, as listed in the Music Credits section of the Playbill. I posted a slightly less organized version on Twitter that had a few accidental omissions, so I decided to redo the list in a more orderly way. (@aaron-rayofsunshine-tveit here on Tumblr screencapped my Twitter post, in case you wanna see that).
A few significant omissions from the film here, as far as I can tell. Big numbers like One Day I’ll Fly Away, Like a Virgin, and The Show Must Go On don’t seem to be in the stage version. Chamma Chamma (the basis of Hindi Sad Diamonds) isn’t listed either, so I’m assuming the India stuff (if it’s kept it) will be done differently in the end. A good chunk of the songs from the original Elephant Love Medley also seems to be out, so I guess we can look forward to a very different Elephant Love Medley.
All-in-all, this song list looks pretty promising, so I’m excited to see/hear (*wink*) the final product. As a big fan of the film, this is giving me a lot of life!
To (belatedly) celebrate Amazing Grace's opening night in Chicago last week, here's Josh Young singing "Nothing There to Love", an absolutely gorgeous ballad from the show.
