You know the theory that social media basically took the status signaling and social performance previously reserved for the upper class at balls and stuff, and made it available to everyone?
Maybe AI psychosis is just the democratization of the particular form of insanity that dictators get from being surrounded by sycophants after getting rid of everyone who would openly disagree with them. It's an old problem, but now anyone can have it.
Pregnancy is just a preview of what you're going to be like as an old person.
Your back hurts, your body's doing weird things, you need naps, people are worried about you falling down the stairs. You get emotional about weird things. You get a lot of unsolicited and often incorrect health advice.
Like, I've been staying as physically active as possible because I have a professional understanding of why that's important, and I pretty much do what I want activity-wise. I have a sense of urgency about traveling and finishing creative projects, but also want to take a nap all the time. This a hundred percent tracks with what I'll probably be like as an eighty-year-old.

One fun thing about being pregnant is that if someone touches your belly uninvited you can say "don't touch the belly, it scares the fetus." You can also share all of your Fun Embryology Facts and it's not weird. Like, they're still disturbing, but it's normal to share them.

Where is the center of domestication of potatoes, do you have a fantasy Andean civilization? What are the social and economic consequences of having such a calorie rich crop in cold climates. Also: Comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko
So it’s not quite snowing on Churyumov–Gerasimenko, unfortunately; the white specks are artifacts of cosmic rays impinging on the CCDs in the camera, as well as a rotating starfield in the background (since the comet is spinning). A few specks could be dust. But, holy shit, that’s the surface of a comet. That’s a spot you could in theory cling to for dear life sit down on. The Cliffs of Comet 76p are a place.
If that isn’t the neatest shit I don’t know what is.

Nobody can read your mind, for better or for worse, and if you love someone with your whole heart but don’t let it move you, or hate someone completely but still treat them well, or feel absolutely nothing at all but still put the effort in, then nobody will ever fucking know.
Your thoughts and feelings aren’t as world-changing as you think you are. They aren’t a point in your direction or a black mark on your record. Nobody is keeping track.
Whether that’s depressing or hopeful depends on what you DO.
