If we shoot him before we disarm him, he will realize that he is being murdered and he will likely shoot back to defend himself. However, if we disarm him first, then we can all take a few shots at him and happily watch him bleed to death - that should be a good enough warning to the rest of these "domestic terrorists" [protestors].
