Been #sick most of the week, so of course I had to try and kill myself last night with this wicked #workout from @ammarek! 5x1 min (30 sec 100+ #cadence, 30 sec easy) followed by 10x1 min #Zone5 efforts with 2 min #recovery. Got some new #23C tires for my @rideblueusa #TriadEX to replace the #25C rubber I used last season. The 25s fit perfectly on my @orrcarbonwheels but rubbed the rear brake on my bike unless we set the brake open to the point it reduced effectiveness.
