The last 2 days have been kinda rough on me and Emily. Yesterday would have been my dad’s 66th birthday and today was the 1 year anniversary that we lost a great teammate, Joe Rosati.• • We try to do things that honor those we love, so yesterday I grabbed a @pabstblueribbon (dad drank @oldstylebeer but couldn’t find singles at my local @binnysbev) and hung out all night with @miss_e_822 and the boys. So I did a little 70.3 thing this morning at Grand Rapids Triathlon in Ada, Michigan. Had my @tridotsystem #bikeassessment tonight after a few months of #training. Great to set a new #PB with a 219W FTP, already up 26W from my start in November and up 16W from February!
