Day 1 on the #aipdiet Breakfast: mashed sweet potato and 2 slices of uncured nitrate free no sugar added bacon. Lunch: Kale superfood salad with unsweetened dried cranberries. I made a mixture of Tuscan herb olive oil and cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar for a dressing. For supper: grass fed and finished beef, Green Giant Riced Veggies Risotto blend, and I added extra mushrooms and spring onions.
