🤗 Hiii friends!! 🎃A humble Pumpkin cream to detoxify the body: You don't have to spend a fortune to eat healthy. 1 pound pumpkin 1 pound cauliflower cut into pieces or cauliflower rice 1/2 teaspoon ginger + if you like it like me 1 liter or 1 1/2 lt chicken broth, or vegetable broth, or half of coconut milk or one of them to your liking. I recommend to start it with 1 lt (4 cups) add more depending if you want it thicker or thinner 1-2 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil 1 full 🍎 minus the middle 1 medium onion 3 large cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano 1 teaspoon turmeric Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley or cilantro about 1full tablespoon or a half of both 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (optional) 🍋 to serve In a saucepan add the oil and fry the onion and garlic at medium temperature, then add the Italian seasoning and torn cilantro or parsley. Add the broth and coconut milk, salt, pepper and bring to a boil, add the turmeric and the pieces of pumpkin, apple and cauliflower until they are soft if you like it as a soup leave it like that, if you like it as a cream, pass it on to the blender, rectify the flavors and eat! 😋 Note: you can also make it in the pressure cooker: , add everything once you fry the onion, garlic and spices, set to 5 minutes and you are eating in less than 20 minutes.
