Fitness Journey Begins
I’ve started new workout routines using Darebee.
Instead of just doing random pushups and squats, I’m following structured programs.
Right now I’m doing 5 rounds per workout (because of Ramadan), but I plan to increase that soon.
Yesterday:
Pushups, punches, kicks, core work
Today:
Squats, planks, leg lifts, etc.
No rest between exercises. 30–45 sec between rounds.
Let’s see where this takes me.
