I LOVE Julian blackthorn. I relate to him on a lot of levels. I had to help raise my two siblings because my mom wasn't the best parent. My little brother is also autistic and trying to get people to see him as the sweet loving boy he is instead of his disability was tough, but I also always wanted him to feel loved no matter what. Carrying a lot of responsibility at such a young age really makes you grow up, but can be exhausting. So I want to thank Cassandra Clare for representing the people who had to grow up quick to help the ones we love.

how did cassandra clare make mistakes in portraying the lgbt+ characters in TMI? What happened?

She didn’t give them enough attetion, puting them aside while the others couples had a first kiss, make out sessions, etc. Also they are accusing her to make Alec biphobic (what is not the case in my opinion), she send Aline and Helen away, all her queer characters are half demon, basically that’s it. she wrote so little about them in her books but I don’t believe she didn’t care about her characters, this post explained much better what I’m trying to say

look yeah i'm totally all for respecting CC as the creator of these characters, and don't doubt i'll be the first dumb bish in line when the Magnus Bane book comes out, but u won't be able to convince me that this isn't anything but a cashgrab on her part. i mean, with all the suing, she needs all the money she can get.
