Yes, Luka Deserve BETTER ! But. . . .

Ship him with Mary Zoe-Lee will not saved his character, It’s only cemented his character as completed waste just like Kagami after “Mr.Pigeon 72″ (After that episode her arc is “over” because she is Adrinette shipper now and almost forgettable) .

Not only that , it also will cemented Zoe as nothing more than replacement irrelevant, self-insert character with zero characterization for being “SUPAH SWEET PURRFECT AND TRAGIC CHARACTER Unlike CHloe who is a Iredeemable and Pure Evulz teenager”

Love Eater problem

Either no one else thinks this or nobody’s gonna say it, so I will:

Adrien and Kagami peer pressured Marinette in this episode.

I really don’t care that she had fun for part of the episode. Adrien and Kagami were bored and decided to convince Marinette to abandon her responsibilities when she obviously didn’t want to let her parents down. She kept trying to make her escape and they were like “no, stay, forget your commitments and come hang out with us because we’re bored repressed rich kids who don’t recognize healthy parent-child relationships.”

Since when was it okay to drag your friend into rebelling with you? I’m shocked Marinette didn’t get into serious trouble with her parents - parents who have been nothing but kind, supportive, accommodating, and affectionate with their daughter. Getting Marinette to abandon them when they were counting on her was straight up bad friending on Kagami’s and Adrien’s parts.

We’re all so quick to jump down Alya’s throat when she pushes Marinette out of her comfort zone. So why are we giving these two a pass for pressuring Marinette into breaking the rules? Honestly.

Luka was the only one who thought about Marinette’s wishes in this episode. He said she could talk about it or not talk about it, whatever she chose. THAT is how you friend.

Ooh, just curious but have you seen the Miraculous New York special? Was kinda wondering what your thoughts on it were if you’ve seen it :o

I told myself I wouldn’t watch it, but I did.

First of all, with Lukanette being supposedly canon, this is a slap to the face to the shippers. Umm yeah, no. With that in mind, I immediately hated the idea of the special. Granted the first scene with the two was especially precious. That was legit one of the only scenes I liked, aside from Adrigami. (And with Marinette chasing Adrien in the rain and proclaiming her undying love for him, though she clearly couldn’t reach him, talk about a very disloyal girlfriend. Honestly, if it’s true, I feel for the poor guy. :( Luka’s nothing but a precious sweetie who deserves to be loved and protected. With this in mind, I doubt Mari could give it to him in canon.)

Secondly, the overwhelming amount of Adrienette just disgusted me to no end. -_- Like it’s still a strong NOTP and Marinette’s continuous obsession with him in this special despite her failure with maintaining the whole “he’s just a friend”? Move on, Mari!

I also lost all sense of respect for Nino and Alya as well as the new girls, for trying to set “Adrienette” up. It was annoying, not to mention turned out to be quite dangerous. Heroes or not, the new girls weren’t enjoyable in the least to me.

The Love Square once again proves itself to be the most unhealthy relationship in the whole fandom. I just can’t with it. The more one tries to force them together, the more the couple shows itself to be a horrible idea.

All in all, there were just so many annoyances in this special, I couldn’t think of any positives aside from the Lukanette/Adrigami moments.
