Pregnant with double digits!

Like I have a fantasy in the back of my mind where I become part of a government experiment (in this case Chinese because 1 China is intensely pro-natalist (means promoting getting pregnant) and 2 China is making leaps in the field of medical science more than anywhere else) (So I wouldn't be surprised they would combine the two & experiment with ways to get their women as pregnant as they possibly could to increase baby production...making new innovations in the field of artificial pregnancy)

I would WITHOUT HESITATION just JUMP at the opportunity to be given a surgically implanted lab-grown bio-engineered womb & then artificially impregnated with a ludicrous amount of babies... Which would then lead to an absolutely obscenely huge pregnant belly...So absurdly disproportionate compared to my body. So distended, so swollen. Bulging out of the sides far beyond my hips and shoulders, sticking out so far that I can only rub the sides and maybe the top...Sagging under its own weight, the weight of all those babies inside my womb...A belly so massive, so cumbersome that I can't reach beyond it and therefore struggle with daily tasks...A belly so large I can just barely move around, just shuffling along without even lifting my feet, or with shaky staggering steps...Literally a belly the size of a yoga ball stuck to my tiny body, but heavy like a mini fridge & firm, dense to the touch...So big I have to approach things sideways, like to pick up a thing from the kitchen counter or a table, or to do dishes or cook....To have a belly so huge, so round, so wide that it brushes the sides of a doorframe...So heavy that it would cause my bedframe to bend & creak beneath me...And when labor actually comes around I spend like an entire week pushing all those babies out!

But luckily I'm given government benefits to aid me & give me the most comfortable pregnancy that I could get, and all I have to do is swear undying loyalty to the state. For real-life hyperpregnancy? Consider me a proud servant of the chinese communist party 🫡🇨🇳 I would gladly pump out babies for the state if it meant that I would get the chance to experience pregnancy! Its my biggest desire in this world.

Antinatalism is not anti-sex; antinatalism is not anti-love; antinatalism is not anti-kid; antinatalism is not anti-humanity. Antinatalism is literally anti-reproduction (and usually p specific to how the individual feels about having children of their own). That’s… that’s literally it 😅 and people in general have no obligation to feel like human life or the human experience is closer to 100% invaluable just bc that’s exactly what most natalists believe as is. Parents (and those who want to be) have always typically spoken over anyone else when it comes to how human reproduction (not sex itself, you losers) is an absolute choice and not a necessity. Y’all have even treated the child-less with bias throughout human history lbr.

Parents of all kinds have always made excuses/justifications as for why they basically force other ppl (their own children) to exist. And they always will. It’s not a concept our biology or instincts override like it does in animals. Most of us exist simply bc our parents slipped up or were moving too fast w each other, or they consciously created us under a guise that it was a natural inevitability/social duty; one way or the other (ikikik that’s not the case for everyone, chill). It’s fine. Again, most of us exist bc of other ppl’s mistakes or comfortable ignorance. People have a right to resent being here tho. Or even resent being born to the families they were. What about ppl born w chronic, incurable illnesses passed down to us directly from our parents? Are we wrong for feeling like most parents are selfish fucking idiots? 🙃 It’s subjective. Natalists are owed nothing, and frankly most of you talk too much and project even more. Learn how to exist among ppl who disagree w you. If you’re a parent and you don’t know how to do that, I wish that were surprising :\

Since i saw some morons on reddit(edit : found one on tumblr too) say anti-natalism is eugenics and anti natalists are fans of eugenics, y'all know what's up.

Antinatalism doesn’t say “some people shouldn’t have kids” it says literally no one should because existence itself is inherently harmful, regardless of someone's traits, class, ability, or race.

Eugenics is selective, targeting who should or shouldn’t reproduce based on subjective ideas. An antinatalist wouldn’t tell a disabled person not to have children because they’re disable they’d say no one should have children, disabled or not, because life itself is an imposition. Antinatalism is based on the idea that no one can consent to being born, and that it is unethical to impose existence and suffering on a non-consenting being. Eugenics is about control, social engineering, and often authoritarian intervention, forcing people to or not to reproduce based on political or aesthetic ideals. Antinatalism can actually be anti-eugenic: it opposes all forms of reproductive coercion.

Some argue that antinatalism must be eugenic because both discourage reproduction But That’s like saying veganism = anorexia because both reduce food intake it’s a false equivalence. Antinatalism is not about managing human reproduction for optimization, but about refusing it altogether for ethical reasons.

Antinatalists have often been aligned with anti-authoritarian and leftists rather than technocratic or fascist ideologies. Many antinatalists actively oppose systems of oppression (racism, ableism, capitalism) that eugenics has historically supported.

Trump's Pro-Natalism Proposals

We've definitely seen this one before, in which Nazi Germany had an explicit goal of encouraging "Aryan" births and discouraging births by "unfit"/"undesirable" people.

I found this article worth reading as an in-depth look at the ways in which the Third Reich encouraged misogyny to roll back advances the Weimar Republic had made in the area of equal rights for women, which of course led into pushing a higher birth rate and thus the ideology of a lesser status for women.

The thing that makes Trump's proposals particularly troublesome is they're obviously going to be aimed at making sure the "right" kind of white families have children, while families started by nonwhites will undoubtedly be discouraged.

It's also worth noting that the initial natalist policies pushed by the Nazi regime led to the more radical Lebensborn program which endorsed outright theft of children from "non-Aryan" parents if they happened to look "Aryan" themselves.

In the USA it's not completely out of the bounds of fruition, because in times past there have been forced adoptions of indigenous children into white families, so the notion of taking white-looking babies away from immigrants should not be dismissed out of hand, as disturbing as that may seem to any person with a shred of ethics and morality.
