Does anybody else with AuDHD struggle with RSD to the point of having really bad brain days or weeks where y'all end up literally convincing y'allselves that everybody hates you and that nobody can tolerate your presence?

Day 44 out of 120 Productivity Challenge

Hello! I had my Biology test today and I don't think it went too badly! I got my working grades in a report and quite frankly I think I do need to actually start revising for the mocks, but I am so depleted and drained and I actually could not stand noise or light by the end of the school day, so that was so fun and I would totally recommend that.

Today I managed to:

Do my history homework.

Revise a bit more for Biology.

Do my Greek language homework.

Write the introduction for my English coursework on Macbeth (yes, I did that in a lesson and I recycled it a lot of it from a past essay, but that isn't the point).
