Random thought, but have you ever realized that in every fandom made multi-crossover group, there is one person who is far and away more powerful than the others?
Rise of The Brave Tangled Dragons has Jack Frost, basically a Demi-God, on a team with a renaissance era engineer, an archer, and a spunky art girl.
The Secret Trio has Danny Phantom, a guy who was able to beat several godlike beings and a giant dragon spirit on a team with a shapeshifting dragon that’s bad at Magic and a ninja in training.
The Suburban Superheroes (not a popular group I know) has Danny Fenton, Kim Possible, and Marinette Dupain-Cheng, which again has Danny dominate in terms of combat power.
The Super Teens (I don’t actually know this group’s name) of Danny Fenton, Ben 10, and Kim Possible (I’ve also seen this one with Ron Stoppable for some reason) has freaking Ben 10 on it.
The Nickforce team is extensive but still has Danny on it.
There’s another group that I want to call something like the ‘Cartoon Avengers’ but isn’t called that and has Kim Possible leading it, with Ben 10, Danny Fenton, SpongeBob, Jenny Walkman, and a bunch of others on it, and again Ben 10 is there.
The ‘Western Magical Girls’ group of Star Butterfly, Luz Noceda, and Marinette Dupain-Cheng has Luz on the team and she briefly becomes a literal god.
It’s just, there is always one character that is vastly more powerful than the rest to the point that it almost isn’t even funny. And I know that in ‘official’ superhero media that the same thing tends to happen, but even on teams like the Justice League Superman isn’t so far and away more powerful than EVERYONE on the team that they can’t help him. I don’t know, I’m scatterbrained today and just felt like pointing this all out because it was nagging at my brain.

not really aimed at anyone in particular but i do love it when i see artists draw lifestealers who are poc with their ethnic features. often times all you’ll really get is just a button/anime nose (or if they have darker skin, you get that. if you’re lucky that is)
i feel like most people forget erasing someone of their ethnic features is still whitewashing regardless of artstyle
When I say "And then she happily ate a giant ball of poison", I could actually be referring to more than one popular light novel series.
I know it's weird to dust this blog off just to mention this, but I've been watch Kamen Rider Black RX and I was gobsmacked to learn that Joe the Haze is the voice of Saejima.
They nerfed at least a few ARR dungeons, for some reason. Removed the unique features. Wack. Why tweak ARR dungeons? Who at Square's kid complained?
