In which my love for snakes is problematic
INFP: you know, if snakes didn’t have the potential to be venomous, I’d probably like one as a pet.
INTP: You know you can get non-venomous ones, right?
INFP: Yes
Infp: But
INFP: Do they still have fangs?
INFP: My love for snakes is very problematic
INTP: They ARE however, expensive to set up to start with
INTP: Cause you need a tank
INTP: And a heating system to make sure the temperature remains the same.
INFP: Yeah... and like... they’re not vegetarian
INTP: They are sensitive babies
INTP: Do ***I*** need to get a snake? So that you can love it without all the complicatedness?
INFP: I would approve this message, so long as it’s a cute snake that isn’t aggressive
INTP: Pet sneks don’t tend to aggressiveness unless YOU do something seriously fucking stupid.
I feel like a very abhorrent thing for what I like. I get that I enjoy problematic love and don't want to feel like I would be hurting anyone. I understand the reality of some of these things and would never enact on things that would actually hurt someone.
I just want to feel like despite how much I feel different and scared of the world, that I am at least loved. I don't expect what I like to write about and feel to be liked or tolerated, but I would like to at least be let known it is okay.
I am a disgusting thing, and I am trying to love myself despite this.
