Here’s A Plan To Beat Procrastination
Procrastination sucks.
Dealing with procrastination is like navigating a funhouse, full of mirrors, floors that spin, and other obstacles. Living with ADHD isn’t so bad, all things considered. . . that is until I do something that requires focus and/or attention. I’m a time blind girl, living in a world that feeds on time like a ravenous beast. So when I’m on MY time? I want to float peacefully…

Part 2: Just me and my ADHD
Me: Ah, I just finished re-watching She-Ra season four, now I'll go and be productive! Nothing can stop me!
Netflix: *autoplays to S5 E1*
Me: Oh, I guess I'm finishing She-Ra now--

Benjamin Franklin – You may delay, but time will not (Procrastination).
Time waits for no one.
You want to be perfect before you begin, you may end up waiting for Godot.
You have an idea? Brainstorm and start working to make it a reality.
Don’t postpone to a ” better time”, now is always the best time to begin.

Procrastination ramble because I need to keep my brain busy while I’m procrastinating
You know when you wanna make something like just anything in general super bad but you avoid it because you feel like you are gonna just get demotivated too easily or no one will really care that much or it’ll just end up being awful or just for whatever reason at all you will fail so with those thoughts in mind you get demotivated faster than you can even start it and make an effort for it and you just never end up doing it? Actually now that I’m reading over this post I think the solution I need is to just start making what I wanna make faster than the procrastination can hit me with a ton of bricks, but also just being unproductive and playing Pokemon Shield, while everyone else is playing the new Animal Crossing game which I don’t have yet so Pokemon Shield it is, watching YouTube, talking to my buddies on Discord or literally doing nothing at all seems so much more intriguing than putting effort into something that needs it so it can at least be sort of well done. I could be making an effort right now but instead I’m making this post
Procrastinating gardeners journal
April 10th 2019.
Was going to water my planted onions. Starting to rain so I'll skip it. Can see where the crows have pulled up a few.
My espaliar apple is leafing out. One branch needs to be trained. I need to get some kind of trellis set up for it.
My volunteer plum (italian) that i was going to cut down is trying to avoid the ax by looking healthy.
Lots of blooms as you can see. Sorry for the lousy lighting situation. After any fruit sets, i may spray. Had insect problems the last 2 years.
The cherry tree i planted 2 years ago is looking healthy.
It had pear slugs last year so i will have to watch for those. The laurel hedge in the back ground I'm sure isn't helping. I don't like to look at my neighbor though. If i had money for fencing i would cut it down. A $3,000 car repair bill puts that on the back burner.
I just spread out what carrot seed i am going to use. Bolero variety for storage.
Other than that, not much going on. Waiting on tomato season. Was going to start several varieties by seed, but put it off too long. Will buy established plants.
Later people.
