Maddie Ziegler defends playing autistic teenager in Music amid backlash

Can we now stop saying that Maddie Zielger should be kept out of any criticism of this dumpsterfire of a movie? She’s an adult now, she has the responsibility to take accountability for her current actions. But she’s not doing this, she’s instead doubling down on this BS by continuing to promote and defend this movie. This is not okay. Her actions now (not that she is an adult) are just as open to critisism as the actions then (and now) of sia, all the writers, production crew, her adult co-stars (who are also defending this movie) etc.
