Looking at rental ads and this just made me laugh (highlights):
This is a very beautiful room privately located in the basement of a completely remodeled house. Owner is a professional and looking for STRICTLY professionals, preferably someone working at the U or sub-interns (acting interns). Neighborhood is very safe and quiet; great for studying or relaxing. Strictly no parties as I'm also a professional and would love to come home to a quiet house. Rent includes utilities- water, sewer, cable, and hi-speed internet. Parking can fit 2 cars comfortably and there's an extra street parking. Looking for NEAT renters only. Bathroom and kitchen are shared but there's only one bedroom in the basement so you'll have all the privacy you want.
