Teleological Tuesday - Did you know your body is composed of roughly 100 trillion cells which are all predominantly made up of protein? When you break down muscle tissue in the gym in hopes of building it back up the other 23 hours of your day, you need anywhere from 100-200 grams of protein (pending on your weight) if you want to see optimal results. Here's the catch, you can only assimilate about 30 grams every 3-4 hours so spread out your protein intake over 4-6 meals per day. Dips x 2 -> TRIS - on the left the head is upright and my elbows are tight to my side -> PECS - on the right (sorry, it's hard to tell from the angle) my head is looking down, I'm going down deep, and my elbows are out - dips for chest (see my website) are like an upper body squat and build great definition for the lower pecs! 3 sets x max - try it !
