TW: flooding programming, nightmare programming, and punishment programming

Nightmare programming alter: alters who are programmed to cause nightmares, this could also be seen as a nighttime flooding program alter. These alters are typically programmed to cause nightmares when information is released, either intersystem or to outside sources! But this is not the only use that nightmare programmed alters have. These alters might not be aware that they’re causing nightmares or that they’re negatively affecting the system
