I revisited an old piece of Lost River art I did during a Vinesauce Subnautica stream two years ago.

For a bit of context, when Vinny first stumbled upon the Lost River, it was during the Early Access builds and the biome wasn’t actually in a presentable state yet; no fish, no plants, just one of the skeletons and unshaded green brine.

Last night, I was watching Vinny stream Subnautica again and thought it would be fun to revisit one of my old pieces and update it to show how both the biome and my art skills changed since I first uploaded it to the Vinebooru.
