Game Recommendation!

Before I go listen to some music (again), I’d like to recommend a game to whoever sees this - please give it a read!

The game recommendation is… PAPER LILY!

The prologue is called Project Kat, you can play this to see what Paper Lily would be like to play, but it has it’s own story and stuff!

A slightly larger unconventional horror RPG in which there is always another way!

Paper Lily is (trying not to spoil anything) a horror game about a girl who thinks she’s cursed and uses a ritual to go to another world of sorts to fix the curse! I have a few theories but I can’t share any without giving spoilers… the game also has some pretty cool endings, I love Project Kat because it really feels like a horror game, and Paper Lily feels spooky but also a little calming!

You should try out the game! It’s one of my favourites and not many people know it and I decided I’d see if I can get some more people to play this game, it deserves the love! My favourite part is the forest maze, but I can’t tell you much more than that!!

(A spoiler-free guide to getting every achievement & ending in one run!)

Hopefully this is written okay, & I'll do my best to answer any questions folks may have! Whether you're reading as a fan who's stuck on something, or a curious newbie, I hope this guide helped, & I'm always open to feedback &/or other requests! This doesn't account for every single little interaction you can get from the game, so maybe I'll record a video..? We'll see!

Opening Sequence:

• Pick up the lily in your path!

• Determine what must be done at the puzzle! (Depending on how it’s gone about, you’ll receive the There Is Always Another Way achievement!)

Preparation:

• Read Kat’s notes carefully before proceeding!

• Explore the club room after the opening sequence (make sure to grab chalk from the chalkboard)

• Spin the globe a bunch hehe (Geography achievement)

• Move desks & close curtains in the first classroom as per the ritual preparations, explore around how you wish!

• Obtain the scissors & use them! <3

• Obtain the hair pin from Kat’s desk

• In the next classroom, organize & close the curtains again as per the ritual preparations

• Same for the final classroom!

• Below & to the left-hand side is a locked door! Interact!

• Return to the club room you came from! (This bit is a little tricky since you can’t really use the crow to save before being given a choice; if you’d like to see both outcomes, I recommend coming back to save before interacting with the other club room!)

• If you explored this room before leaving to start the ritual, you might have noticed a drawer that wouldn’t open; use the hair pin to pick the lock! Read the letter inside! (The Golden Letter achievement)

• Go get the notebook & bring it back

• Use the key!

• Explore the club room, find what you need, you know the drill!

• Be sure to cut open the boxes near the door & check out its contents! (I Watch You achievement)

• Go cover up the bare window in the second classroom!

• Give back the key

• Go to the bookshelf & turn on the old radio

• Talk to "Pretty Girl" 7 times! No more, no less! Then, save your game! This is your turning point!

True End K1 / Dead End K8'

• Do the ritual alone; follow the objective(s) normally!

• For True End K1, beg to be let out

• For Dead End K8, select "Be strong"

Dead End K2

• Go to the stairs; give up & go home

Dead End K3

• Grab any rune from the box in the occult club room (or all of them, it doesn't really matter)

• Enter a classroom, then give up & go home

Dead End K4

• Sit down in the empty chair at the table; a cutscene will play out (Party Up achievement)

• Give up & go home

Dead End K5

• Party up & finish the ritual together

Dead End K6

• Party up

• Go to every room you saw a plant & use the scissors on each one

Dead End K7

• Party up & ONLY do the chalk step of the ritual, & ONLY in the first classroom

• Go down to the locked room below the occult club room

• Use the dusty hair pin to pick the lock! (Click achievement)

• Keep going further / exploring & DO NOT exit the room
