Imagine Loki trying to seduce you by pronouncing “Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch” absolutely perfectly, without hesitating or stumbling, in the sexiest voice he can muster

*MOD for those who don’t know what the ever-loving Loki this is, this is a town in North Wales which translates to "St Mary's church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the fierce whirlpool of St Tysilio of the red cave" I have been here, it’s dainty and lovely.
How to Pronounce “Mjolnir”
Me
Ol’
Near
Mjolnir = Me Ol’ Near
How come some people say the word "greasy" like breezy with a G instead of a B? I thought it was like saying Greece-y ??
Sometimes I want to reference schrodinger's cat but the problem is that I have trouble pronouncing schrodinger and so I have given up entirely
and say schwarzenegger's cat instead
Mystery of a name
I noticed that most people pronounced Jaal`s name like “Jal” - only with one letter “a”
It`s bothered me (not sooo much but anyway) `cause I pronounce every letter “a” separately and it looks like “Ja-al”
Idk is it a real mistake? In russian language every letter is pronounced and if I hadn`t seen the spelling of his name before I would write it like “Jal” - as I hear it
and Vetra:
I love her name soooo much, it`s so poetic...
Her name is very similar to the russian word “wind” - ”veter” (pronounce every letter and ringing “r”)
I hope her nature and personality are the same as the wind - lightweight but strong at the same time ;)
