I would like to propose a really dumb idea that I think could be great: Blue Prince but it's Prop Hunt. Get a half dozen players to all draft rooms in the same house for the first 5–10 minutes of the match, then a random half of the players become props and have to hide in the house over the next 2 minutes, and then the rest of the match time is spent in typical prop hunt fashion until either all props are found or the match timer runs out (maybe 30–40 minutes). Especially on a late-game expanded version of the room pool this could be truly insane in the best way; maybe you could even allow players to access the exterior of the house, including the hidden stuff if they draft the right things the right way. Nobody has to worry about steps until the hunt begins, but then both searchers and props do.
