(via My Weight Loss and Diet Life Blog: A Weight Watchers Diet Food Plan Using Pro Points)
One thing I did this year so far was track EVERYTHING
And that has helped me reflect- how the day went- how I felt, what I ate, when I exercised.
If you are on WW I recommend doing this! Even if its a big amount- you will thank yourself later.
I don’t feel bad anymore
Not so much for eating alot on Thursday. Hubby and I came back and walked Friday and Saturday and today we are gonna clean (which is a workout in itself, and walk to the shops).
Im glad I don’t have the all or nothing mentality. I used to think I couldn’t work out after eating alot, or that it wouldn’t be worth it. But the truth is, every workout, every vegetable counts. :)
Since I did so well this week on activity points and eating well I am having cake and ice cream today.
I usually eat the recommended 29-32 points (depending on exercise levels) and a HEAP of veggies/fruits :) like loads. And today counting every piece of cake/ice cream points and my meals :) x Total is 48. Seems like a lot but I’m not bothered by it. I find if I have a big day of points on one day a week i still lose. Also one cheat day a month (not a total disaster but what i want from takeout). Worked last time and should work this time. I like the old weight watchers so I’m not messing with SP. If you want to go back to PP just download ultimate food diary plus on the Itunes store. :) that’s what i did because SP seemed to restrictive.
PP= propoints, pointsplus
SP= smartpoints
I'm so glad that I've turned around my week in terms of eating, after Edinburgh on Saturday I was so upset that I went badly over my points, now I've managed to work back 13 of those points through exercise which means 5 more to work off today and 5 more tomorrow, I can defo do this 😏
1 banana, frozen berries & water. Delicious and no points
So this happened...
I saw physical progress in the mirror. So on Wednesday I ate chips and salsa, cake, foooooooood. Then on Saturday hubby and i made veggie burgers with wedges and sour cream. Oh and got noodle canteen. Then on Sunday we got two family pizzas !!! And ate it all. And today I weigh and im the same weight as I was on Friday when I lost!! Given we did exercise but Im so happy i stayed the same. Back on track yesterday and today.
I posted this on facebook. And though I dont reccomend this all the time I just thought I would let you guys know that its not the end of the world if you mess up. :) its ok, and you can start anew :)
