Protection from Torment spell

When: Waning moon or dark of the moon. You will need: A black candle Juice from a dieffenbachia (AKA dumb cane) plant Spider webs Blue or white candle Calming/purifying incense Dark altar/image of Hecate Two candles Paper and pen {use a dark altar, or an image of Hecate, the Avenging Goddess, on your altar. Place two candles on either side of the image} Inscribe the black candle with your enemy’s name. Cast your circle and say: Lady of Darkness, Dark Isis of spells, Hecate, avenging mother, Hear us and help us Roll the black candle in the juice to stop the enemy from speaking evil about you or your loved ones. Let the tongue of {name} be numb and powerless to speak the evil, To speak the untrue, Let his/her voice fail and throat close On the harmful words, By the power of the Dark Lady. Roll the candle in the spider webs May {name} be caught and bound By the webs of his/her own deceit Write the enemy’s name on a piece of paper. Light the candle Here is {name}, alone and helpless. {name} you are friendless Emptiness and failure close around you Your plans are as nothing Frustration is yours Trouble, doubt, and fear are at your side Soon you will cease tormenting me {or the person you are protecting} Burn the paper in the flame of the black candle. Sprinkle the remains where the enemy is certain to walk. Light a blue or white candle burn calming/purifying incense for peace.

A Protective Spell and Meditation

*What you will need:

A white candle (optional)

Protection sigil (optional)

Protection oil (optional)

Protection incense (optional)

Gather your ingredients if you have them and sit somewhere comfortable. Light your incense and enjoy the smell. Open up your space, invite ancestors/spirit guides if you’d like, and invite in protection. Take the candle and carve your protection sigil into it. Rub some of the protection oil on the sigil and imagine the warmth and energy from your fingers heating up the sigil and it radiating heat. Light the candle.

Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Now, imagine a ball of white light inside of your chest. Hold it there and let it warm up. When it feels right, imagine it slowly growing outward and then around you. Hold that image for a while. Recognize the way it flows around you. If it’s like electricity or like a white fire, whatever it is, really imagine connecting to it and becoming one in the same. Just sit there with your orb of protection and be together. Hold it for a while and slowly come back to earth. Take a few deep breaths and then open your eyes.
