Okay, so we're back from the Strawberry Festival-- Shane didn't mention it on here 'cause he didn't wanna dox himself. So yeah, y'all're learnin' about it after the fact.
It was alright, I guess. Kinda borin'. Ya know, for a festival it was kinda not great. There wasn't much to do-- save for make a Build-a-Bear ripoff, which he did 'cause he saw they had dinosaurs. But other than that, it was just meh. Though I gotta be honest: I'm lowkey mad about it.
All the shit that was advertised was catered more toward able-bodied folks. They had a Ferris wheel, and some swingin' thing, which is great and all, but Shane can't get up and ride either of those things. Which is why I'm kinda pissy right now.
Why does nobody consider disabled folks when plannin' this shit? Why do they always gotta leave 'em out? Poor baby was bored outta his goddamn mind. And he won't admit it, but he was sad 'cause he couldn't do nothin'. All we could do was buy shit an leave, and even that was a fuckin' chore 'cause his dad was lowkey shamin' him for buyin' what he wanted. And the pathways the park had were way to damn narrow. God, I fuckin'-- why can't there be somethin' for people like him? Somethin' that'd include him, and make him feel like he isn't a goddamn burden? There's gotta be somethin'...Right?

Also when we tag a post with #rel8tablerepost.txt it means we don't own the post. Not claiming it as ours to begin with. Posts tagged with that can be related to by all kinds of systems and we repost them so people don't have to see hate tags on a post they can relate to. Thank you for letting us know it is your post. We will edit it to credit you, and when we do can you delete your reblog?
Thank you!
Ah, shit. Yeah, sorry 'bout that! We'll delete that reblog, and report that person for stealin' our post. Thanks for the heads up! 'Preciate ya!
I'mma be honest right now. Shane and I are both real shaken up from that one anon we got 3 hours ago. His anxiety's goin' full throttle, and I'm sick to my fuckin' stomach.
I ain't gonna say much more on the matter 'cause I can feel Shane's heart racin' real bad-- but just know that both of us were victims of that shit once. So yeah, that anon made us far from okay.
After we look at/answer this next ask, we're probably gonna have to stop postin' for today so we can get ourselves back to a better state of mind.
(Colorless text shall be under the cut for those of you who need it!)
I suppose it is time for a progress report!
Firstly, Shane has recovered from the earlier shock, and is back on his feet! However, we shall be monitoring him for any residual anxiety that may appear later on. He usually has brief bouts of panic after such harrowing events. Once morning comes, he should be in the clear.
Secondly, I have browsed through the anti-endo tag, and blocked every single account that showed up there. I understand that not everyone with this stance was blocked. So, I shall continue my mission in the morning, in a different tag-- once Shane has taken his medication for the day.
If I may be honest, it's quite a shame to see people being so hateful, and so closed minded. I understand that they struggle with their mental health, but I fail to see how taking it out on innocent people can help. It's...sad. In a way, they remind me of the demons I once fought back home-- all the pain and suffering in their hearts... It's quite disheartening. But I digress.
I suppose that is all I have to say for now. Thank you all for reading this-- and for sticking with us during the quiet periods. We appreciate every single one of you! Take care of yourselves! Oh, and so you all know, I shall be working on my intro soon-- most likely tonight, or tomorrow! Be on the look out for that over on our pinned post! And fret not! I shall provide a colorless version of the text! I must be off now. Take care of yourselves!

Alrighty, folks. Looks like Aspen's got another Tiktok account she's usin'. 'S called "collectiveofeden", which is hella ironic, all things considered. Feel free to do whatever the fuck you want with this info. I don't care. And don't worry: Shane's okay with me postin' this-- he hates her pathetic ass. Anyways, let's get to work, yeah?

We have returned from lunch! Shane's father was surprisingly amicable this time around-- which is apparently quite rare. It's...disturbingly rare, actually, given how surprised everyone else was. I'm guessing his father isn't usually in such a good mood. Which explains why Shane is so reluctant to be around him. Though, I can't say I blame him. I wouldn't want to be around a man like that either-- and I've been around Muichiro and Sanemi on their bad days. It makes me wonder if he has some unaddressed mental health issues. I hear it's quite common for men his age to ignore their mental health. Part of me wishes that he would attend therapy. Alas, I know such wishes are wasted-- he is far too stubborn for his own good. Shane says that asking him to do anything is like pulling a tiger's teeth; dangerous, and often not worth the risk. Though, I do not understand how encouraging him to seek help could be dangerous. Perhaps I am missing something. Could one of you explain it to me?
Anyway, we are glad such an event is over with. We won't have to do it again for a while-- not until his mother's birthday, at least.
Now, we must be off. Shane wishes to take a nap-- his eyes are barely open as I type all of this. So, farewell! And take care of yourselves!
