HIIIIII thank you for the askkkk i'll admit putting psychopomp on there was a little bit of manifestation on my part because at this point psychopomp au is still more of an Idea than an actual physical fic LMAO. basically it would be this post turned into a long-form thing. jason comes back from the dead again and has to figure out if there's some Grander Purpose to his existence he's supposed to be living up to. does his life have meaning what is his impact is it good or bad or in anyway meaningful. would dive into how killing IS a moral action for him actually and how that impacts his relationship with the batfam. also percy grant would be there, somehow, because It's My Fanfiction. something something he's there when jason comes back from the dead for the second time and that ties them together cosmically handwave handwave and they're dreamsharing or something handwave handwave and percy helps push jason through his life and his death, which is where the psychopomp nomenclature comes in. this fic is a very loose outline and a couple of thousand words of false starts BUT. i do think about it quite a bit. i think it has the potential to be kind of awesome actually.

au where wwx becomes a psychopomp after he dies as a reward for the ways in which he cared for the unmourned dead (or as a punishment for what he did to the other unmourned dead), and lwj's decade of being where the chaos is turns out actually to be him putting himself in near-death situations just to hear wwx tell him it's not his time yet over and over and over again
